Gary Eastman is an experienced estate planning attorney with a background that combines law, finance, and corporate counsel experience. He earned both his Juris Doctor and M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Kansas, giving him a strong foundation in both the legal and financial aspects of planning for businesses, and families.

Early in his career, he worked with Polsinelli (an AmLaw 100 firm) on complex transactions involving matters ranging from roughly $500,000 to more than $100 million. He later served as General Counsel for a multi-billion-dollar publicly traded company, where he developed a practical, business-minded approach to solving legal problems and protecting client interests.

Over the course of his career, Gary has handled extensive estate planning and probate work, including the creation of thousands of trusts, the drafting of more than a thousand wills, and the administration of numerous probate estates in Kansas. His practice is rooted in helping clients bring clarity, structure, and long-term security to important personal and financial decisions.
